The idea to establish the company was conceived in the UK. I had worked in the property market in the South-east of England, Brighton to be exact and had been coming to Barbados for over 10 years and had owned property on the island for six. There are many private persons who sell property on the island, a few larger companies and a multitude of international agents based in their home countries, but I felt that people who lived overseas needed a slightly different approach.
